Welcome to Medida. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the virtual try-on service operated by Medida, available at medida.yohagoeso.com (the "Service"). By submitting an order or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"Client", "You" and "Your" refer to the person or entity using the Service. "Medida", "the Company", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Medida. [Full legal entity name and registered address to be confirmed before publication — see the "Who We Are" section of our Privacy Policy.]
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, to place an order or otherwise use the Service.
Medida lets you submit a photo of a garment along with your order request and choose a model from Medida's available selection, and generates AI-based virtual try-on images and videos showing the garment as worn by the chosen model ("Generated Content"). Orders correspond to a listing purchased on Etsy; use of the Service does not itself involve payment to Medida, and the purchase and any refund are governed by Etsy's and the seller's own policies. Your submitted photo is reviewed and your order approved before generation begins; the Service does not guarantee any specific turnaround time, number of generations, or that Generated Content will be produced for every submission.
The catalog models available for selection are synthetic, AI-generated personas and do not depict real individuals. Any resemblance to any actual person, living or dead, is purely coincidental; it does not reflect an actual likeness and does not confer any right, license, or claim on any real individual with respect to the Service or Generated Content.
Access to generate images or videos for an order is provided via a unique link sent to the email address associated with that order. You are responsible for keeping this link confidential; anyone with access to it can view and generate content for that order.
You retain ownership of the photos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Medida a non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit it — including to the third-party service providers described below — solely to generate and deliver the Generated Content for your order.

If a submission doesn't meet these warranties or our content guidelines, we will typically ask you to upload a replacement photo using the same order link, rather than reject your order outright. We may also refuse to process, or may remove, any submission that we reasonably believe violates these warranties, our content guidelines, or these Terms. If orders submitted under the same email address are repeatedly rejected under this policy, we may block that email address from submitting further orders.
Medida relies on the following third-party service providers to operate the Service:
These providers process Your Content and Generated Content solely to perform the services described above and are subject to their own terms and data-handling practices.
You own the images and videos generated for your order ("Generated Content") and may use them for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to the warranties above regarding Your Content and the restrictions below. AI-generated images and videos are approximations: Medida does not guarantee that Generated Content will precisely match the uploaded garment, model likeness, or your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before relying on or publishing it.
Featuring your garment photo or Generated Content in Medida's public gallery or marketing materials is optional and requires your consent, given (or declined) when you place your order. If you opt in, you grant Medida a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to feature your garment photo and Generated Content from your order in Medida's own public gallery and marketing materials, without identifying your order number or marketplace. You may withdraw this and request removal at any time, even after opting in, via the contact page.
You must not:
Uploaded photos and Generated Content are stored on our infrastructure for as long as your order remains active, so you can access and re-download your content. We do not currently operate an automated deletion schedule. Download links are time-limited and expire after 24 hours for security; this affects only the link, not the underlying files, and you may request a new link at any time while your order remains accessible. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and how to request deletion.
Except for Your Content and Generated Content, all material on the Service — including the Medida name, branding, and software — is owned by Medida and/or its licensors. You must not republish, sell, or redistribute material from the Service outside the scope of your order without our permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
As long as the Service is provided free of charge or as otherwise agreed, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
