Garment Image Guide
Follow these guidelines to get the best image and video generation results.
Media
- File formats — JPEG or PNG
- Max file size — 10 MB
- Resolution — 2048 × 2048 px recommended for best results
- Color — true-to-life; avoid heavy filters or post-processing
Composition
- Composition — full garment visible, nothing cropped out
- Condition — no wrinkles or folds that obscure the shape
- Orientation — flat lay
- Isolation — a single garment is enough; other items will be added automatically
- Lighting — even, diffuse light; no harsh shadows or glare
- Background — plain, neutral, and contrasting with the garment — dark background for light garments, light background for dark garments

⚠️ Privacy and intellectual property
- Personal info — do not include any name; phone number; email address; home or mailing address; government ID number; recognizable photo of a real person's face; signature or handwriting used as a personal identifier; QR code or barcode linked to a person; license plate; or employee/student ID number or badge with photo
- Intellectual property — do not include recognizable copyrighted characters; brand, band, movie, or franchise logos and artwork; sports team or league marks; official/licensed merchandise designs; or a recognizable photo of a celebrity or public figure
If your garment has any of these, please choose a different item, or make sure they're not visible in your photo. If something slips through and we spot it after you submit, we'll email you and ask for a different photo — you won't need to place a new order, just re-upload using the same link.
